We offer fixed price support service, where Innovative Business Solutions staff provide day to day support for client applications, including problem resolution and optional application enhancements, working to agreed service levels. Normally this follows a familiarization period, charged on a time and materials basis, where Innovative Business Solutions gets to know the client's applications, procedures and people, and if necessary develop adequate support documentation. Innovative Business Solutions has the necessary skills, expertise, in-house Mainframe hardware & Software to develop/maintain applications written in COBOL. PL/1, Assembler, Natural using CICS, DB2, IMS and IDMS.

Innovative Business Solutions uses a robust and time-tested Systems Development Life Cycle methodology and follows documentation procedures in accordance with IEEE standards for Structured Systems Analysis and Design, Testing and Implementation. Innovative Business Solutions will provide the required user training and warranty maintenance for the software.
